The Board of Directors of the Delaware Bar Foundation is pleased to announce that Megan Greenberg has been hired as the new Executive Director. Ms. Greenberg brings with her many years of experience working in the Delaware legal community first as a lawyer and then as Manager of Professional Development at Richards, Layton & Finger. Her volunteer work in the community at large includes major leadership, committee work and fundraising activities. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Christiana Care. Throughout her legal career and community service, Ms. Greenberg has demonstrated a commitment to pro bono legal services and outreach to underserved communities.
In her role with the Foundation, Ms. Greenberg will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office, oversight of the IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Account) program and increasing the visibility state-wide of the community grants program. The Board looks forward to the next chapter of the Delaware Bar Foundation under Ms. Greenberg’s leadership.
The Delaware Bar Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to improve the administration of justice in Delaware through its support of organizations that provide legal services to underserved populations and programming that enhances public respect for the law and fosters knowledge of citizenship rights and responsibilities.
