The Delaware Bar Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to facilitate the development of a new strategic plan that will guide the Foundation’s priorities and work over the next several years.
This strategic planning process comes at an important time for the Foundation. In addition to administering Delaware’s IOLTA Program on behalf of the Delaware Supreme Court, the Foundation supports access to justice, law-related education, and community initiatives throughout Delaware.
Over the past several years, the Foundation has strengthened its financial position, modernized its operations and governance, expanded partnerships throughout Delaware’s legal community, and increased its focus on maximizing and demonstrating the impact of the resources entrusted to it.
Through this planning process, the Foundation seeks to engage its Board and key stakeholders in evaluating its current work, considering emerging needs and opportunities, establishing strategic priorities, and developing a practical framework to guide future investments and initiatives.
The Foundation invites proposals from consultants with demonstrated experience in nonprofit strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, organizational assessment, and implementation planning.
Proposals are due Friday, October 16,2026.
